House Blend Light Roast is harvested from the mountains of Chirripó, Costa Rica's highest peak. The extreme altitude provides the ideal growing conditions for our selection of arabica beans. Warm, sunny days and cool nights slow the maturation process, allowing the coffee beans to develop their full potential when the fruit reaches peak ripeness.
Tasting Notes: Rich, nutty fragrance, earthy aroma, flavors of unsweetened chocolate and caramel, bright acidity.

House blend light roast
A coffee to drink anytime during the day. Its mild yet rich flavor is not overwhelming. It’s mellow and earthy notes make it easy to drink. It’s not bitter at all. For first time coffee drinkers it’s just perfect.

I have been drinking coffee from Cafe Milagro since I first visited the cafe in 2001. I brought coffee home with me and began ordering it for delivery as soon as I could. I have tried many of the varieties and all have been very satisfying.

Cafe Milagro House Blend
We were introduced to Cafe Milagro coffee during a visit to Costa Rica and thought it was delicious. It has wonderfully smooth flavor without the acidic bite contained in so many “premium blend” coffees available here locally. We were excited to learn that we could order Cafe Milagro at home in the USA, and have been doing so for years. Our personal favorite is their Light Roast House Blend, although they also offer other great choices.

House Light Roast
I mostly buy dark roast, but have some friends who said they liked light roast, so for a gift I bought them one light and one dark roast. They said they loved the coffee, but still waiting back to see which they liked the best. Maybe it just depends on your mood or if you want to add milk, but no matter what you cannot beat the freshness!
