Each year the country’s top coffees are judged by a panel of international experts in the Cup of Excellence. Café Milagro has made a special purchase from Costa Rica’s 2022 national champion grower. We are proud to introduce you to UNO, from the Los Angeles micro-mill located in Santa María de Dota. This is the third time the grower has won first place - a testament to extraordinary quality and consistency. This arabica coffee of the catuai rojo varietal received the yellow honey process in the micro-mill.

Consistently the best coffee!
We have been getting our coffee from Cafe Milagro since we visited Costa Rica in 2008. We love the coffee and UNO is consistently the best coffee! We make pour over coffee, drip coffee, and french press coffee and UNO makes a great cup of coffee every time with every method. We recommend this coffee to anyone who loves great coffee, just like we recommend Cafe Milagro to anyone who loves coffee. Truly the best we have found!

The Best I've Tasted
Have tried coffee from many different countries. UNO is the best coffee I have ever consumed. Costa Rican coffee is superior and this is the best of the best. I use freshly ground beans for each cup and prepare my coffee using pour over method. If you appreciate good coffee, this is the one to drink.
